Kirsty Garshong is an Associate Director at Harnham, the global leader in Data & Analytics recruitment.
She currently leads Harnham’s UK Contract function, having spent the last 8 years working both permanent and freelance roles exclusively within Data & Analytics. Additionally, Kirsty also leads Harnham’s Diversity Committee globally, driving the business’ efforts on inclusion, their external initiatives, and nurturing talent in the market.
Having joined the market in 2014, Kirsty has worked with businesses and candidates across a wide range of industries including Fintech, Start Ups, Banking Consultancies, Retail and Travel.
