Tomi is a 2021 WeAreTheCity Rising Star Award Winner for HR & Recruitment.

She currently serves as a People Advisor for the fastest growing European Fintech, where she partners with Management to provide employee relations, performance management, recruitment, talent development and other first line HR support.

In March 2020, she founded “My Career Couch” – a platform designed to help black immigrants and international students advance in the early stages of their careers through practical content, 1:1 services and events/workshops. Since its launch, she has reached thousands of people worldwide and helped several jobseekers land career-defining roles in top companies including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Shell, Deliveroo, Experian, Vodafone, Amazon, UMG and many more.
