Prior to joining ITV, Mike led the analytics team at The Body Shop (TBS) putting data and insight at the heart of decision making. He successfully led initiatives to deliver customer acquisition through personalisation and marketing optimisation, establishing TBS’ analytics foundation for attribution and experimentation.
Sibulele Mjali is an experienced and multi-skilled Consumer Insights Specialist with over 7 years’ experience in FMCG. In that time, she has held roles in Category Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Consumer Insights. Her secret sauce as an Analyst is in ‘storytelling’.
Sibulele’s best work was at an award-winning start up in baby food called Little Freddie where she proudly set up the Insights function to deliver what continues to be an award-winning proposition.
Abi Shobowale is an analytics and research leader with close to two decades of experience working for tech companies (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Uber, eBay) and also mentoring startups in the field of analytics/research across Europe and Africa. Her specialism is helping businesses blend quantitative and qualitative research and data science to better understand their customers and solve their biggest marketing and product challenges. Abi holds a BSc degree in Management from the London School of Economics.
