Henderson's journey began at Portsmouth University, where he pursued a degree in Applied Economics. He transitioned to becoming a financial advisor, providing guidance on mutual funds, investments, life insurance, and mortgages. Later on, he shifted his focus to auditing financial advice, similar to an ombudsman service. During this time, he developed skills in building dashboards and self-taught himself Excel & PowerBI.

Saajida is a Data Management Director at JP Morgan, where her responsibilities include developing technical solutions for the Corporate and Investment Bank to mitigate data risks, as well as safeguarding and governing data quality. She has been with the company for 17 years and is considered a “lifer”, having joined through the Graduate Analyst Rotational Programme.

Sophia has spent a decade of her career at J.P. Morgan, where she currently serves as an Executive Director specialising in project execution. Her primary focus involves overseeing seamless migration of data to the public cloud while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
